A paid-template order may include your name, email address, selected product, selected file format, order reference and payment reference. We also keep basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How order information is used

Order information is used to verify payment, provide a private order-status page, issue a protected download link, respond to support requests and prevent unauthorised access. Payment card details are not collected by TOOLSAURA when an external checkout provider is used.

Cookies and private links

Essential cookies support administrator sessions, security tokens and preferences. Private order-status and download links should not be shared because anyone with the full link may be able to view the order status or download an approved file.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. External payment providers process information under their own privacy policies. Order records may be retained for support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the Contact Us page. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security or accounting reasons.
